• Quotes. Quotes are estimates based on measurements, product selections, and site conditions at the time of assessment and may be subject to change.
• Custom Products. Many window treatments are custom-made to order. Custom orders may be non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun. Any such limits will be disclosed during the ordering process.
• Payments. We may require a deposit to initiate orders, with the balance due upon substantial completion or as otherwise stated in your invoice. You agree to pay all amounts when due.
• Taxes & Fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes, permits, and disposal fees, if any, unless otherwise specified.

5. Scheduling & Site Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area(s) on the scheduled date(s). We are not responsible for delays due to conditions outside our control (e.g., inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, or site issues). Additional trips due to inaccessible areas or changes requested after scheduling may incur extra fees.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Warranty

• Cancellations. Orders for custom products may not be canceled after materials have been cut or production has started, except as required by applicable law or stated in writing.
• Returns. Custom products may be ineligible for return unless defective. Standard return eligibility (if any) will be disclosed at the time of sale.
• Manufacturer Warranties. Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in reasonable warranty claims per manufacturer terms; however, the manufacturer’s warranty governs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
